A New Modern Spanish-Latin Restaurant

Chef/owner Julio Delgado and team celebrated with the City of Alpharetta with a ribbon-cutting in honor of the opening evening of Fogón and Lions, A new modern Spanish-Latin restaurant featuring open-hearth cooking, bourbon, and tequila in

beautiful Alpharetta, Georgia.

Award wining chef Julio Delgado has a diverse cooking background and executes sophisticated flavors. Chef Delgado’s Euro-Latin influence is inspired by his birth place of Ponce, Puerto Rico.

Delgado's grandfather serves as inspiration for Fogón and Lions -- he owned a butcher shop in Puerto Rico. The menu is grounded in the culinary traditions of Spain, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. The restaurant features an open kitchen with a 14-foot, custom-built grill for roasting and grilling meats. Delgado will honor his familial roots, and go back in time utilizing the original cooking concept
